Has anyone ever heard of these amps? They're Canadian, so I don't really expect many replies. I know they made amps back in the 60's, and that they're related to Yorkville, which is related to Long & McQuade (a guitar store in Canada

Anyways, the guy at the Log & McQuade was telling me about tis amp. It's all tube (there are ten of them), 40w, has a 12 inch Celestion (i think that's how to spell it) speaker, and channel switching. I forget what else. Apparently, it has really ggreat tone. So this amp is selling for $599 Canadian, or about 10 cents American. No, seriously, it's about $400 Yankee bucks.

And, i'm gonna trade in my Fender Frontman 25W against it, so that'll bring the price down by about $100 CAD, or $70 USD.

So, again, does anyone know about this type of amp? Is it any good? Is this a good deal? Thanks a lot for your help.
