I've always got a tune running through my head. If I don't like the background music being played in the room I'm in, I can usually blot it out with my own. I think that has a lot to do with the fact that I sometimes don't pick up a guitar for a few weeks. I can always hear my music,, so I don't always have to make any. (If the music ever changes into 'voices' I may have a problem!) :)
