I am doing the 2nd fundamentals course at the moment and nearing the end.  I have been trying the first "singing and playing" tutorial and I am struggling hard with it.  I don't want to give up but it has been days of trying and still I can't even get through the first verse.  I am considering skipping the singing and playing portion but don't want to short change myself in the learning process.  It is getting very frustrating and starting to take the fun out of practice.  Any suggestions or input is appreciated.
