That screenshot showing the video lesson entitled "Getting Comfortable" is the first lesson of the Fundamentals 1 course by Anders.  You found it!  Watch that video.  After working with that lesson, click the NEXT LESSON button below the video player for the next lesson.  Keep doing that & you are on your way.

I don't have any experience with the app.  I only use the website.  If you contacted customer support you might not get a reply until after the holiday weekend.
