Hi. I have a great finger stretching exercise to improve chord playing, increase flexibility and strengthen your fingers. This is the one I have been using since the beginning, you can refer to it:
Finger Stretch and Independence Exercise
Purpose: Increase flexibility and independence between your fingers. drift boss
How to do it:
Place your hand flat on a table or surface.
Start with your thumb and try to separate it from the other fingers, hold for 5-10 seconds.
Next, move each finger individually: separate your index, middle and ring fingers as far as possible.
After holding each stretch, gently return to neutral.
Repeat each stretch 5-10 times.
