Both Lisa & Anders cover essentially the same material, but sometimes with slightly different approaches & in slightly different orders.  If you are eager to move forward to a style course (Acoustic, Blues, Rock, Country), then go for it.  If you have the time & interest you might want to go through some of Anders's Fundamentals courses to spend more time on the basics.  Either way is fine.
