Gary, in order to request a song tutorial you need to fill out the official GT song request form. Go to the bottom of the forum's index page and click the "Request A Song" button. Then go to the bottom of that page and click on.... a second "Request A Song" button. Then fill out the form and click the "Submit" button. I think they got the idea for this from an old Monty Python skit 😉
