I'm a full access member since earlier this week Apparently I registered as a free member almost 20 years ago and I can't remember the password. Whenever I follow the forgotten password procedure, I get redirected to the regular login screen. Consequently, I can't use the app with my full access email

Could anyone contact me to help sort this out?
