If you look on this site, check out the "Bumble Bee" thing (sorry, can't remember the exact name), its basically a chromatic run at like 280 BPM or something insane like that. It's hard to explain it, but it really is something!
But who needs speed, anyways? You could just play the blues...
*Oh yeah: If you don't know, the chromatic scale is, using every single note. Meaning.....
E 1 2 3 4
B 1 2 3 4
G 1 2 3 4
D 1 2 3 4
A 1 2 3 4
E 1 2 3 4
and then going down.
