You know, I know this is a little extreme, but when I was having pinky issues and my excercise wasn't doing so much, I actually wrapped a rubber band on my pinky and my ring finger to make my pinky work harder... once you get past the whole "cutting off the circulation and loss of feeling" thing, it made a difference...
