Dude, people don’t hate you at all, every one is entitled to an opinion!

Have you thought about a Les Paul double cut? I imagine turning a Right handed LP the other way up will limit your access to the frets at the top of the fret board and getting a double cut will solve this problem to a certain extent. I have never played on however on of the guitar tricks crew (Incidents Happen) has been playing one for the last year and seams to like it (you'll have to ask him!).

Still, if you can I’d go for a lefty LP as I’ve heard that the double cuts don’t sustain as well as the regular LPs however I imagine that this statement is also dependent on the model / age/ individual character of the LP !

Also have you tried looking on line, I’m presuming you are in the UK (Hee Hee)? If so Id go to the yahoo UK and Ireland home page and type in Les Paul lefty (limiting the search to the UK) and see what comes up! I know there are plenty of stores that will mail stuff to you and if the axe is horrible you can probably return it with in a certain time.

Best of luck, I’m about to get a Les Paul Studio so If you wana compare notes stay in touch !
