By 9 i was obsessed with Guns N Roses,started playing drums at 10 and then wanted a guitar at 12.
He has influenced my playing a whhhhooole lot.
Him and Kirk Hammet are really the only onces who influence me and who i learn from.
Slash is iconic,for me i would say even more so than Hendrix,simply because i wasnt around when Hendrix was playing,I wasnt there.But I remember seeing the video for "You could be mine" was i was 9 lol,That was My life was changed.
He plays with a lot of energy,intenseity and passion,there really aint many guitarists in mainstream rock that are like that now.
My ultimate goal is to see him live.
**** i forgot,did any of you guys hear last year that he was teaming up with ,Duff,Izzy and Matt?
I read an interview where he basicly stated that they were gonna release something together,i havent heard anything since,but i hope they do,anybody got any updates?
