Cavefish, you are a very lucky man not to have gotten screwed over by that fat, leprecaun-looking bastard Ed Roman. The man is a liar, a cheat, and is damn lucky he doesn't get sued.

Being a Kramer collector, I would love to have some of the guitars in his collection. BUT, most of what he is trying to pass off as original are really mutt guitars from the fire sale he had put together. Not to mention I had called on a Musicyo Kramer thinking I might be able to get a good deal on it considering he doesn't like them, but he attempted to try and blow smoke up my ass by telling me it was one of the last custom shop Kramers from the Neptune Plant in New Jersey, and that the thing is unbelieveable playing wise, and was worth every penny of $500 bucks.
The guitar is $199 on musicyo...
Personally I will never do business with anyone who can't be honest about what he is selling....
And you can't tell me he might not have known, because he claims to the the authority on all things guitar because he has been doing it for 30 years, and that you won't find any Musicyo Kramers on HIS site.
Wanna hear more... I will post a link to the Kramer forum and just ask anyone's opinion on Ed Roman there...

Whoops forgot to say what I got...

Right now...
More than a few Kramer guitars ( my ol lady say way too many)
In storage...
First year Peavey Vandenburg #5x
Ibenhad Jem Green Meanie #4xx of 777
1987 Ibenhad RG550 in Nuclear Yellow
San Dimas Jackson in Lava Orange Crackle Paint
San Dimas Charvel in Blue
1972 Fender Jazz Bass (my first bass guitar)
Peavey Nitro mutt guitar (rebuilt multiple times from at least 5 other Nitros... hey it was my first real serious gigging guitar just can't part with it)

I got nothing but a Peavey practice amp for amplification right now
I use a Digitech RP200 through my computer for practice and recording using the free version of Protools...
Hey it's all I need right now...
I will be buying a gigging amp in the near future though...
So. If you throw a cat out of a car window, is it considered "kitty litter"?

Main Guitars;
Schecter 7 string c-7 custom
Yamaha Silent Guitar (electric nylon str.)

-I like guitars that are a little bit different.

The gigmeister consists of;
Mesa Boogie 2 chanel/50 watt power amp
Mesa Boogie tri-axis pre amp
Lexicon reverb/multi effects processor

and 1 homemade 2 12 cabinet that is split into 2 chanels, containing Celestion greenback speakers.

what my completed set up should look like:

Ashton AR282
Deville Strat copy (hey! I like it)
Marshall supervibe pedal
Drive 19 watt amp
and a obviously I need a new amp, but I'm undecided as to what to buy, (probably something cheap)

(not much here)

I also use George Dennis 1.3 picks, mainly because I sweat to much and they have good grip on them, also because you can get them everywhere

I've been through so much equipment through the past couple of years that it's hard to say waht my main set up is, but for now, it's a Marshall AVT275 2x12 combo going to a Marshall 1960A 4x12 cab, with a PODxt going through the effects loop with an A/B switch so I can switch from my amp to the pod. my electric guitar is a PRS custom 22, and my acoustic is a Fender Redando(the best playing acoustic guitar I've ever played. even topping a martin and a tayler). I'm looking for another electric, possibly a carvin or a a strat, and an electric/acoustic(possibly a takamini, but preferably a Taylor, but dang they cost too much). Well, that's about it for now. It'll probalby change here before too long, except for the PRS, POD and the cab. who know's, when a deal comes along, I'll jump on it, but for now, I've extremely happy with my set up.

Thats to bad your experience with Ed is a bad one. It took a little over 10 months for my Quicksilver, but the outcome is undeniably of the highest quality, so it was worth the wait. The guy CAN build a guitar.
