I've got some cool Steve Vai videos. In the videos I've seen he plays a really pretty white guitar with beatiful inlays on the fretboard. I'm sure you guys've seen it. Does anyone know what the cut out with the hand grooves on the top of the body is for? I can't figure it out, and he doesn't seem to do anything with it. Is it just for aesthetic purpose or does it have a function?
Blues is easy to play, but hard to feel.
