Mexican 72 re-issue Thinline Telecaster

Two covered hum buckers and an F hole (no smutty giggles please !).

I replaced the saddles with graph tech ones and it makes the guitar much more playable. It feels very chunky after a PRS but is still a very nice axe.

Im playing it with Ernie Ball 10s at the moment and it sounds great.

The only thing I don’t like about it is the horrible split top peg heads. I looked into replacing them but discovered all of the machine heads I liked required a 10 mm diameter hole in the head stock which would mean drilling out the existing holes and that would mean a lot pf sweat and potential for causing irreparable damage.

I still have the horrible split tops !
