the other guitarist in my band has an amp stand.  so i needed one.

so i went to lowes, bought a $10 disc of wood, and cut it in half.  that looked like this:

draw a 90' angle and cut that.  you're halfway there.  take the scrapwood, and cut triangles:

glue them to the sides, screw in, and maybe do some sanding.  stain it brown:

i had some leftover vinyl from a steering wheel rewrap.  i glued it on, and then used a razor to cut it to size.

my wife had an old leather horse halter that i tacked into the sides (so i can shoulder carry this to gigs while holding my guitars).  so they dont clank together, i added a small velcro square to stick them together.

i have the plans if anyone wants.  this didnt take long and i have a 1*12 fender hot rod deluxe sitting on it.

used in it's first gig last friday.  i also made a brace but ill share that later.  it wasnt ready for the gig and im not sure ill need it.
