As well as a reasonable laptop you need to consider the camera or cameras you intend to use, lighting of the space is critical, and the microphone choice to ensure clarity.  Sound and video are important.  Are you looking to record lessons and then post process, or live stream to YouTube.  In terms of the laptop you should consider if you are going to upload or stream HD or 4K video.  4K requires more grunt to process, and will affect the camera(s) you select.  Most content is moving to 4K today and more will move that way in the future. Lingering on the audio content you may want to consider a DAW (I think digital audio workstation) to get the sound levels and balance right.
