Sure thing. There's 2 choices: buy a mechanical metronome, but it's going to be extremely loud.

Option 2 (which is my preferred choice): use any search engine to find a free online metronome. They require a constant internet connection, but won't be as loud as a mechanical. More importantly, they're completely free to use without needing any downloads. It's also far simpler to adjust both tempo and bpms.
