The Fundamentals 1&2 modules are perfectly laid out for any beginner. You'll find them on the home screen then click on Beginner level. Then click the Start here button and take each lesson one at a time. You can choose either Lisa or Anders. They're both great.Then go to level 2. After that you can choose whichever style interests you or inquire about a specific program you want help with. Your journey begins. Good luck.
