I just realized that I probably gave you the voicing for what you just told me you couldn't play very well. Sorry 'bout that. You're probably already frustrated enough. In any case, if you can play barre chords then the voicing that Draconus gave you makes a really nice sound. If you're not playing barre chords yet, you can try a tweak of the following voicing - it's a barre chord without the full barre.

Use your index finger to play only the high E and B strings, and don't play the low E string at all (mute it if you can). This sounds almost as nice as the full barre chord. If you have to, you can leave the B string open but it sounds a little funny. To find alternate voicings (fingerings) for any chord, use the site's "Chord Charts" in the "Toolbox". Go to main page, click on "Toolbox", then pick "Chord Charts". That's were the above diagram comes from.

But don't tell anyone that the info came from me. I've been told that I'm too stupid to use anything in the toolbox ; )
