1.) Click on ACCOUNT button at top of page

2.) Click Other Settings

3.) Change Preferred Video Setting from "Auto" to "720p"

The default "Auto" video setting typically results in your device/computer automatically configuring video playback to 1440p. For videos on this site 720p is a high enough resolution that you probably won't even notice the difference in picture quality but it should eliminate or at least reduce the hanging that you're experiencing.
