How do you make those videos with many guitars?

I've always been wondering how you make those videos with many guitars so accurate. It looks like it takes a lot of time to make, unless you have an app to make it. Can you please suggest a similar app (doesn't have to be as good as long as the other guitar can be heard) just in case that I'll record a video of some of the songs that have many guitars? For example: Everybody Wants To Rule The World.

Thanks!

[p]It's essentially multitrack video recoding & editing. You record all the guitar parts one at a time separately. Then you import all the footage into software designed to handle multiple video/audio streams. It's usually called the Picture In Picture effect.

There are quite a few software programs capable of video editing. I use Adobe Premiere. I don't know about any phone apps that do this. Here's an example I found on YouTube describing the process.

Hope that helps!

I use software called Edius. It is user friendly software. I cannot do "picture in picture", but I can overlay images, what also is fun to do.

An example is this video (vocals done by a friend of mine, and all guitars by me, recorded over a backing track) :

or also this one (lead guitar by me) :

Hey that's awesome progress!  It's great that you're mixing fundamentals with playing songs you enjoy. Perfect by Ed Sheeran sounds like a good choice - it's important to find songs that are challenging but achievable.  AC/DC can definitely be trickier, so don't get discouraged if it takes longer. Maybe try some other songs from the library that are closer to your current skill level, then come back to AC/DC later. You can always revisit songs as you improve.love tester

Typically, you'd record each guitar part separately and then use video editing software to sync and layer them together. For someone looking to simplify this process, an automatic video editor can be a huge help. These tools often come with features that automatically align audio tracks with your visuals, which is essential for getting all those guitar parts to play together harmoniously.

Guitar videos aren't easy to make. I agree. I used Adobe Premiere. It's beginner friendly and you can get a lot of tutorials online
