I am stuck in a rut of only playing, improvising, and thinking about the 1-4-5. I need some variety because im sure it is driving my mom and my friends that I jam with crazy. For years, all I've mainly been focused on is improvising in the 1-4-5. Well I love the blues, can you blame me? But I would like to switch it up a bit.

What are some more blues progressions other than the 1-4-5? Looking for any types of blues: soul blues, jazz blues, you mame it. Really into soul right now.
