Lee, I don't know if it seems as such to you, but I feel I somewhat stomped on your thread. You wanted to know what good guitars were made in 1987, the year you were born in. I twisted the thread to make it about the year we were born in. Of course, it's always about me

I don't know if you are interested in electric or acoustic guitars, or both. But as a start here is a Reverb listing of electric guitars for sale that were built in 1987, 227 of them

Of course, this doesn't give you a list of any new guitars that may have started production that year; just ones they have listed for sale. But it is still interesting. Some names I have never heard of. Langejans?, Manuel Velazquez?, Zemaitis?, Jolana Diamant?
