Yup... what they said. In my birth year guitars had just five strings and the musical alphabet began at A and stopped at F.

In '66 I played my first Martin. It wasn't my Martin, it was my buddy's 60's-something that he let me noodle with. Nothing's changed... couldn't consider spending the money for it then, won't consider it now.

Good luck on your hunt. My brand suggestions aren't novel; Martin, Fender, Rickenbacker.
