I think these Fishman amps are some of the best sounding & priced I've heard for acoustic guitar.

The most important thing is to make sure you get one that is voiced for acoustic guitar. Amps voiced for electric guitar do not treat the treble side of the EQ spectrum the same way, which can results in a dull, boxy midrange sound.
