I am on Lisa's beginner course and I was about to tackle the songs when something threw me off:

Lisa fingers Em with the first and second finger and then has the first finger pivot down for Am. I have so far (In my previous guitar life ☺️) used second and third for Em. This way I just drop those two down a string and add first finger.

any advantage to Lisa's way or disadvantage of my way later down the road?
