I don't know about genius. He has Learning Disorder

The covid-19 pandemic has made many things come to a grinding halt. I am glad my boy pickup guitar as his outlet during that time. He is in college but doing virtual learning. I told him the pandemic will not last forever and that when he steps his foot onto campus next year, he will be "the man" with the ladies. Wish my parents told me that when I was growing up.

I uploaded a couple more songs that he played. I think he played "heart of life" and "story of my life" after five and six months on the guitar, respectively. Let me know what you guys think about his progress, good or bad: https://soundcloud.com/john-mayer-138996963

P.S. I am also taking guitar for the first time myself recently. I am just starting playing open chords but my fingers are hurting so bad that I am practicing 15 minutes a day at most.
