Hey Elias! Indeed, this is a challenging chord for a beginner!
My suggestion would be to omit the note that's at the 11th fret of the 4th string (D string) and only pick the notes fretted on the top 3 strings. This should make it a little easier to get your fingers into the correct position.
[br]You could replace that first note of each phrase by picking the 9th fret of the G string instead. This will mean you will pick that note twice at the beginning of each phrase.
Make sense? Let. me know how it goes!

My first finger really isn't up to strength yet for the barring on the top 3 strings on the 9th fret.
Thanks
Ive been struggling in the same piece. This suggestion works well for me.
Any other lessons in guitar tricks could help gettin the strength for the third finger in the 11th fret? When I try to reach the third finger in the 11th fret thats where I lose pressure in the first string on the bar cord in 9th fret.
My thumb just hurts a lot when I successfully play it with all the strength Im using on it to get the bar right in this inversion…
