Is there a general rule of thumb when to move to the next section / video?

For example right now I'm at section where we learn FMaj and Dm + Bm.

When do I move on to the next videos? When I can play these chords perfectly and move between it in a moderate speed? Like 40 times a minute? Or is there a general rule of thumb?

How do you decide when to move on? Is anyone here having a "practice plan" and would be willing to show it to me to get a general idea? Right now my practice routine is this:

* Spider Legs warm up for about 5 mins

* Chords - picking each note until it sounds good and playing it

* Switching between chords

* Song (Every rose has it's thorns made easy)

* Yousician :D

Twice a day for about 1 hour each session. Most time goes into Yousician since it's the part of the practice that makes the most fun (since it's a game kinda)
