Is there a way to receive notifications for the forum?

On most forums I've seen there's a little notifications bell on the top. If someone quoted you for example, you would get a notification.

Also, just wanted to throw out there, Invision Community. It's professional forum software and would have much better search, notifications, active members, quotes and everything else, to provide an experience that other forums have.
