Sounds good. You can check that 6th string E using a pitch pipe, can be a useful thing to have in your guitar accessories. I like to tune mine by the relative tuning method, like you've been doing, just to 'wake-up' my ear a bit, but often do just check them through to a digital tuner afterwards, or failing that a pitchpipe where the batteries dont run out.
