All classical guitars have nylon strings. They are typically designed & built to be suitable for nylon strings and not steel or phosphor bronze strings. Typically they have wider nut slots, flatter fretboards & often not as much stablizing framework (truss rod, body bracing) as a standard acoustic guitar might.
But of course you can put nylon strings on any guitar. But that's not always the best solution.
