I need help. Im a beginner guitarist, one day I played for like 2 hours straight and my hand started to hurt. Then the next morning I didnt feel pain anymore but my fingers felt kind o stiff. The stiffness has remained for about a week now and I havent even been playing guitar. I cant go to the doctor because of the current quarentine. What should I do?
