HI, I'm Deb! I'm starting at 71 also. I have a question for anyone who has experienced what I'm experiencing. I'm trying to learn the chord change from C to A minor. My ring finger seems to get stuck for moment and then it sort of pops or something and I can raise the finger up to the 2nd fret of the 3rd string. My tendon (?) is getting hung up on my knuckle it feels like. Has anyone else got a cure for that? Is it just that my ring finger is still weak? I've been playing these lessons for about 6 weeks.
