not a great analogy but it's kinda working for me. but if you are going to use it, you really should tweak it a little bit, even if just the rhythm or the effect you use or something. but it's not such a big deal for me, my friends and i are always using each others riffs and stuff without giving each other.
don't get a heart attack over it, or lose sleep. if you don't feel too comfortable doing it, then just don't do it.
