No, it's never too late.

I'm 75 and enjoying every minute learning to play.

I have also learnt a lot about guitars and can now set up the instrument, even replacing the guitar nut, without having to rely on the services of a luthier which saves a lot of money and adds to the overall satisfaction.

It's a grand passtime.
