I suggest starting with the first one, it gives the system I use for memorising the chords of a scale and the reasons behind it.
I've included some links which cover some unusual chord progressions, I wouldn't call them "heavily classically inspired" but I'm guessing from the fact that you want to know about harmonic minor scales that you too have an ear for pretty violent soloing!
