I'm just going to address the theory part of your question. You say that "it's not on priority for now as I want to develop skills before...." You can not develop skills without theory. But here are a couple good theory books.

Edly's Musical Theory for Practical People. I have seen a lot of other people recommend this as well. I found he almost makes the dull topic of music theory fun.

Music Theory for Guitarists by Tom Kolb. As the name implies this is specifically for guitarists. It comes with audio files for plaing with so helpful that way.
