There are many ways to play any given chord. And if you playing the same notes with different fingers, that's fine too.

Either one is fine. Deciding which one is the right one depends on the musical context. Which one will make it easier to get from the previous chord to the E minor? Which one will make it easier to get to the chord after the E minor.

I encourage students to practice it both ways in order to have options!
