Read your reply to Lisa with interest. I share a similar story. 1st guitar in 1980. I am now just learning how to play it. The instruction sets offered here have worked for me and I do hope they work for you so you can realize your ambition to play guitar. I would like to offer that if I am too hyped up and getting stressed in practice I give myself a head check. This is supposed to be fun right and enjoyable! There are times I just need to put it down and walk away and go back at it later.
