There are 2 guitars in that arrangement. One is playing arpeggios of dominant 7th chords. A second guitar sounds like it's playing a boom chick pattern. Both have a tremolo effect. Kind of like this.

Guitar 1

|----------0-------0---------|[br]|-------3---3--------3-------|[br]|--0h1--------1--------1----|[br]|------------------------------|[br]|------------------------------|[br]|--0-----------0--------------|

Guitar 2

|------0-----0-----0----0----|[br]|------0-----0-----0----0----|[br]|------1-----1-----1----1----|[br]|------2-----2-----2----2----|[br]|------2-----2-----2----2----|[br]|--0------0-----0-----0------|

This is closer to country style. In order to do both at the same time you'd have to do some kind of Travis picking. Anders does a great job of showing how to do Travis picking in the Country course.

Anders also has a great tutorial on ragtime style that kind of gets that vibe but on acoustic guitar.

Hope that helps!
