Hello Everyone, [br][br][br]Joined several months ago but just now able to sit down and get to it. I've been playing off and on over the years but nothing serious, however now I would like to sit down and regulalrly practice.[br][br]I have an American Special Strat HSS:[br][br][br][br]and a pair of headphones so I don't distrub the neighbours. The amp was given to me and I'm okay with it until I get better at playing and can go public.[br][br]In looking at a lot of the songs, the instructors provide a gear breakdown of amps used, etc. I was wondering what I could use instead, at this early point in my instruction, to somewhat imitate that equipment. Are there effects boxes that I could plug into my computer, etc? Some all in one combo effects boxes that guitarists prefer using in general, until I can afford to buy Marshall amps and whatnot :) [br][br]Looking for bang for buck, but also, quality ones that may be a little more expensive, so I have a baseline/goals, to shop around.[br][br]Many thanks in advance![br][br]
