I have a question. The first time I took up 🎸tricks I kind of went through it quick. Then I stopped due to personal problems for a couple of years. Like this is a new question, but I figured I’d introduce myself with the question; How do I figure out where to start again without the aid of a human instructor?

Is it normal for the fretting hand to become somewhat numb after playing 10 minutes?

And lastly is there any PDF guides out there on how to setup and use Amp Simulators like ToneStack or JamUp? I have never owned a real tube amplifier or pedals (yet).
