First, thanks to manXcat for the great reply! In general, much of the music theory that is taught on the site is in the context of a course or tutorial because it is directly applicable to the material.
I have some stand alone theory lessons. But even there I am quick to show the practical application of the theory. It's important to keep your conceptual learning on pace with your physical skills.
With that in mind, what is your skill level? What lessons are you currently working on? If you are a beginner, then all the theory you need is built into the context of the Guitar Fundamentals courses. Likewise for the style courses, if you are ready for that level.
But you can just dive right in to my theory lessons! Use this link to get to my instructor directory & scroll down until you get to the third section. That's has tutorials covering learning the notes on the fretboard, below that learning to read music, then scales & intervals. Then there is a section with tutorials covering fairly advanded theory concepts, appropriately called, Music Theory. :)

Below that section are even more tutorials on connecting scales & chords.
But remember that most of the theory taught at GT is integrated into the material. For example, if you worked through only my theory tutorials, you'd never learn how to use theory concepts to improvise. But I have a whole series of tutorials on improvisation that has all the theory built into the lessons! Scroll down about halfway through my directory to get to that section.
Hope that helps! Please ask more if necessary & have fun!
