It's a nice cheesy love song, I first wondered whether it was Ed Sheeran written.

What really has hooked me is the guitar work and lots of YouTubers have had a crack but nobody has nailed it.

It has a bass note chord strike pattern on a slightly crunchy electric guitar. Nearest I get is with a thumb strike and finger pluck but to me it sounds more like a strum which is then muted.

Why I think it is strummed is that there is a muted string rhythm in the background. At first I thought it was brushes but I think that might just be verse 3.

How do people think it is constructed? How many guitars and basses?
