I agree, alot of bands I listen to dont have many solos, or none at all. Not to say I dont like solos but you can be over-indulgent and just play solos for the hell of it, no matter how bad they are and then find out your in Bon Jovi.

Some guitarists cant play solos, but are still damn good.
