I'm still a basic learner so have no need to spend an absolute fortune but equally I don't want cheap stuff. In truth, budget isn't really an issue but getting the right guitar is.

The obvious answer would be to get my sorry arse down to a store but there aren't any where I am so I'm hoping the great and the good on here can give some pointers for the next time I'm back in the UK.
