The former, yet very similar Guitar Tricks metronome was an Adobe Flash app that was downloadable. I have it on my computer and it is virtually the only metronome I use specifically because I can use it offline. Perhaps GT can point the way to that old .exe file.

While some email apps block the sending and/or receipt of .exe file attachments it can be done. If GT still had Private Messages one of us who still have the file might be able to send it to you without you having to post your email address in the forum and broadcasting it to the world... something you most certainly shouldn't do.
