Hello guys, I am new to this forum. I got some questions for quite a while, wish you guys could help me with.

I've been playing acoustic guitar for about 3 years, and I think I play quite hard (3-4 hs per day), but I think I am far away from what I could be.

For the last one year my fret fingers are not feeling unconfortable, and I don't know if it is just a part of the learning process, or I encountered some mistakes I haven't realized earlier. I am sure something is wrong with my practice methods.

My main concern is that I found my fret fingers while playing the guitar, not quite relaxed, I mean the fingers are not at ease, flexible, independent, fast, etc..

And especially hard for ring finger and little finger. One thing, I found no matter how slow, or gentle I try to use ring finger to press the string, the little finger will bend down at the same time. I just cannot keep it still while using the ring finger. The more play I will find they are more restrained to each other. So it comes out that I cannot play fast for scales, or any kind of practices.. I could do it without much trouble before at a good speed, not quite fast but good for a starter, but now I found I cannot play even at very low speed for scales, I think mainly because of the weakness of the two fingers. It is hard to describe what I feel while playing, it really frustrates me every day thinking I am doing not good, and becoming worse.

I cannot say for sure what the problem is, whether something wrong with my posture, me not relaxed enough, or wrong way to tap on strings, or something else.

Could you maybe give me some advice?

PS for the 1st year I learnt with an experienced guitar player and teacher, and I felt good for my fingers, later 2 years I learned by myself, I was feeling more and more clumzy and hard with my hand, so I suppose I am not doing it right.
